Shipping policy
At Elit3D, every order is packed with care from our Essex HQ. This Shipping Policy explains how we process, dispatch and deliver orders placed through our website.
Shipping Locations
We currently ship to UK addresses only.
If this changes in the future, our Shipping Policy will be updated accordingly.
Order Processing & Dispatch Times
We aim to dispatch all orders within 1–3 business days of purchase.
- In-stock / ready-made items will usually be dispatched within 1 business day
- Personalised, made-to-order and custom-printed items may take a little longer to prepare, but will still be dispatched within 3 business days
Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank holidays.
Please note that dispatch time refers to the time it takes us to prepare and send your order — it does not include the delivery time once the parcel has been handed to Royal Mail.
Orders Containing Multiple Items
If your order contains multiple items, including a mix of in-stock and made-to-order or personalised products, your order will be dispatched together once the full order is ready.
We do not currently offer split deliveries for a single order.

Free Shipping
We offer free UK standard delivery on all orders over £50.
Free shipping is sent using:
Royal Mail Tracked 48
If your order qualifies for free shipping, this will be applied automatically at checkout.
Delivery Estimates
Once your order has been dispatched, delivery times will depend on the Royal Mail service selected at checkout.
Please note:
- Royal Mail Tracked 24 and Tracked 48 are delivery aims, not guaranteed delivery dates
- delays can occasionally happen due to high postal volumes, weather, transport issues, strikes or other circumstances outside our control
- once your order has been dispatched, delivery is handled by Royal Mail
You will receive tracking details once your order has been shipped where applicable.
Personalised & Made-to-Order Items
Many Elit3D items are made to order or personalised specifically for you. We still aim to dispatch these within 3 business days, but please allow the full processing window during busy periods.
If there is ever likely to be a significant delay beyond our normal dispatch timeframe, we will contact you using the details provided with your order.
Incorrect Addresses & Returned Parcels
Please make sure your delivery address is entered correctly at checkout.
If an order is returned to us due to:
- an incorrect or incomplete delivery address
- failed delivery attempts
- the parcel not being collected
- the parcel being refused or undeliverable
we may contact you to arrange redelivery. Additional postage charges may apply before the order can be sent out again.
Elit3D is not responsible for delays or delivery issues caused by incorrect address information supplied at checkout.
Delayed or Lost Parcels
If your parcel appears to be delayed, please check your tracking information first for the latest update.
If your parcel appears to be lost or has not arrived within a reasonable time after dispatch, please contact us at rob@elit3d.com and we will do our best to help investigate with Royal Mail.
If Royal Mail marks a parcel as delivered but you cannot locate it, we recommend checking:
- around your property and any safe places
- with neighbours or other household members
- any delivery instructions or tracking updates from Royal Mail
Please note that delivery timeframes are estimates rather than guarantees, and lost parcel investigations may take time depending on the courier’s process.
Order Tracking
Where a tracked shipping service is selected, tracking information will be provided once your order has been dispatched.
If you have not received your dispatch email or tracking details after the expected processing period, please contact us and we’ll be happy to help.
